Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only, and orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

This policy applies to off-the-shelf Icarus braces purchased from this store. Custom braces are made to order and are not returnable. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Braces must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email info@dynamiclabservices.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Icarus braces carry the Icarus Medical warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and the warranty ends if anyone other than your clinician modifies the brace. Off-the-shelf warranty periods:

Ascender 3: tensioning system 2 years, frame and hinge 2 years, straps and pads 6 months.

Adonis: frame and hinge 2 years, straps and pads 6 months.

Hermes AFO: tensioning system 1 year, frame and hinge 1 year, straps and pads 90 days.
